EquityFlow ("the Service") is operated by The Genesis Trust. The Service provides AI-powered legal intelligence tools for Litigants in Person in England and Wales. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
IMPORTANT: EquityFlow provides legal information and guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified solicitor. The Genesis Trust accepts no liability for decisions made based on the Service's output.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with genuine legal proceedings or enquiries. You must not: use the Service to harass, intimidate, or harm others; attempt to circumvent security or access controls; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or criminal.
Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused included credits expire at the end of each billing period. Bolt-on credits never expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel at any time via the billing portal.
New accounts receive 10 free credits. Free trial accounts have access to KaCi only. The free trial may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to limit or suspend free trial accounts that abuse the service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading documents, you grant The Genesis Trust a limited licence to process that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit. Do not upload documents containing other people's confidential information without their consent.
The Service, including all agent designs, the Solon Framework, and operational guides, are proprietary intellectual property of The Genesis Trust. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Genesis Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
