We collect: (a) Account information — your email address and optional display name; (b) Usage data — messages you send, documents you upload, and tokens consumed; (c) Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store card details; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, and access logs for security purposes.
We use your data to: provide the EquityFlow service; process payments; send service-related communications; improve the platform; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your messages and uploaded documents are processed by Google Gemini AI models to generate legal guidance. By using EquityFlow, you consent to this processing. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal information (such as full names of third parties, bank account details, or National Insurance numbers) in your messages.
We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Chat history retention depends on your subscription plan. Bolt-on credit balances are retained for the life of your account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to processing; data portability. Use the "Download My Data" feature in your dashboard to exercise your right to portability, or contact us at support@equityflow.co.uk.
We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions (Supabase) and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No consent is required for essential cookies under PECR.
We use: Supabase (database and authentication, EU-hosted); Google AI (Gemini API); Stripe (payment processing); Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their processing.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, row-level security in our database, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.
